The Clue Labs Community

The Clue Labs community is a Slack channel where Clue Labs users, the Clue Labs team, and Inge connect, share, and learn together. It's free to join and open to all Clue Labs users — free tier and paid.

The Clue Labs team is in there This isn't an automated channel or a moderated forum. The Clue Labs team — including Inge — is genuinely active in the community. You can ask questions, share what you're working on, and get real responses from the people building the platform.

​Challenges and prizes The community runs regular challenges — content challenges, growth challenges, campaign challenges — with prizes for participants. These are a practical way to push your strategy forward and get recognition for what you're building.

​Championing members When community members get results, we share them. If your Clue Score hits green, your campaign produces strong engagement, or you land a win using the platform, the community is the place where that gets celebrated and shared with everyone.

​Insights and algorithm updates The social media algorithm landscape moves fast. The community is where the Clue Labs team shares the latest observations, what's changing, and what it means for your content strategy — often before it makes it into the platform or the Academy.

​Product updates New features, upcoming releases, and behind-the-scenes development updates get shared in the community first. If you want to know what's coming before anyone else, this is where to look.

​Peer support and inspiration Hundreds of brands and social media managers are using Clue Labs to grow. The community is where you can see what's working for others in your space, share your own results, and find people at the same stage of the journey as you.

Every Friday at 11:00pm UK time, Inge runs a live session covering what the algorithms are currently rewarding and how to apply it to your content. Followed by an open Q&A from 12:30pm to 1pm These are free and open to everyone — community members get advance notice and can submit questions in advance.
