What platforms does Clue Labs support?

Clue Labs currently supports Instagram Business and Creator accounts. When you connect your account, Clue Labs analyses your Instagram post history and performance data to generate your Clue Score, Growth Tracking, campaign suggestions, and all other platform features.

Instagram must be a Business or Creator account — personal accounts cannot be connected.

Clue Labs is building toward full multi-platform support. The roadmap includes:

Each platform will be available as an additional connection. A brand currently on Instagram will be able to add LinkedIn, Facebook, or any other platform as it launches — without changing plans, as long as they have connection slots available.

The vision is a single platform that gives you algorithm intelligence and content prescriptions across every channel your brand publishes on — not just Instagram. As each platform launches, the same Clue Score, Growth Tracking, and campaign prescription logic will apply, calibrated to how that platform's specific algorithm works.

When new platforms launch, each will count as an additional connection on your plan.

If a specific platform is important to your decision to stay on or upgrade Clue Labs, let the team know via the in-platform chat. Platform prioritisation is influenced by user demand.

Can I connect a personal Instagram account? No. Instagram requires a Business or Creator account for third-party API access. Switch your account to Professional in your Instagram settings and then connect.

I manage Facebook Pages for clients — can I connect those? Not yet. Facebook Pages support is on the roadmap.

When is LinkedIn coming? LinkedIn is in development. Join the community for updates on timing.

Will the price change when I add more platforms? Adding a platform for an existing brand counts as an additional connection. Check your current plan's connection limit — if you're already at your limit, you'll need to upgrade. See the Connections and Pricing article for full details.
