Yes — Clue.Labs is designed for team collaboration. You can share your account with colleagues, giving them access to the right brands without compromising security or visibility across unrelated areas.

To do this, users must first be added to your Customer Account (your company profile). From there, you can assign them to individual Brands you manage within Clue.Labs.

This system gives you full control: team members only see the brands they’re responsible for — perfect for multi-brand organisations or agencies.

🧠 How Access Works in Clue.Labs

There are two levels of access in Clue.Labs:

1. Customer Roles

This is your company-wide account. People invited here will appear across all the admin-level settings under your Customer Dashboard.

  • Customer Owner: Can manage all users, invites, brands, billing, and company-wide settings.

  • Customer Member: Can be assigned to brands and work inside them, but cannot manage company-level settings like billing or other users.

2. Brand Members

Once someone is added as a Customer User, they can then be invited to individual Brands.

  • Brand Member: Has access to the specific brand they’ve been assigned to. They can collaborate on content, view analytics, and work with AI-generated strategies inside that brand — but they won’t see other brands unless added.

This layered system keeps brand access focused and avoids exposing everything to everyone.

✅ How to Add a Team Member

Step 1: Invite Them to Your Customer Account

  1. Go to Customer Dashboard > Users.

  2. Click Invite User.

  3. Enter the person’s email address and assign them the correct Customer Role (Owner or Member).

  4. Click Invite User.

They’ll receive an email and must accept the invitation before they can be added to a brand.

Step 2: Assign Them to a Brand

Once they’ve accepted the invite and appear under your customer user list:

  1. Go to the brand you want to assign them to.

  2. Head to Brand Members in the sidebar.

  3. Click Add Users, select their name from the dropdown, and click Add.

They’ll now be able to log in and work specifically inside that brand only.

🔐 Why This Structure?

  • It’s secure. No one can access brands or business data without being explicitly invited.

  • It’s scalable. You can give different people access to different brands — ideal for agencies or teams with multiple product lines.

  • It’s flexible. You can control permissions at both the customer (company) and brand levels.

🧪 Example

Let’s say your agency manages 5 brands. You can:

  • Invite your strategist as a Customer Member, then assign them to 2 of those brands.

  • Keep your operations manager as a Customer Owner with access to all billing and admin settings.

  • Invite freelancers only to the brand(s) they’re working on.

No one sees more than they need to — and no one can access billing, settings, or sensitive data unless they’re a Customer Owner.

🎯 In Summary

  • Always start by inviting users to your Customer Account via the Customer Dashboard.

  • Once they’ve accepted, assign them to the Brand(s) they’ll be working on.

  • Only Customer Owners can manage company-wide permissions and billing.

  • All users working inside a brand will appear as Brand Members.

Clue.Labs is built for teams — this setup ensures everyone can collaborate efficiently, without creating chaos.
