Clue.Labs is built for agencies, groups, and businesses managing multiple brands. Each brand you connect gets its own AI strategy, analytics, and performance engine—ensuring insights are accurate and tailored to that brand alone.

When you sign up to Clue.Labs, you create a Customer Profile (usually your company or agency). From there, you can attach multiple Brands—each with its own connected social media accounts and analytics environment.

This means if you’re running multiple accounts, you’ll have a subscription per brand to ensure accurate insights for each.

1️⃣ Click your Brand dropdown

In the top-left corner of your Clue.Labs dashboard, click the name of your current brand.

2️⃣ Select “Add Brand”

From the dropdown, choose “Add Brand” to begin setup.

3️⃣ Connect social media accounts

Follow the prompts to securely connect the right Meta accounts for your new brand.

4️⃣ Complete payment

You’ll be directed to subscribe to a new plan for this brand.

5️⃣ Begin onboarding

You’ll go through the same fast onboarding process as your first brand, setting tone, KPIs, and goals.

Once you’ve added more than one brand, you can easily switch between them at any time by clicking your brand dropdown in the dashboard.

Each brand’s data, content plan, and campaign insights remain separate and intact.

Clue.Labs builds strategies by analysing each brand’s content, audience, and engagement.
