This means we never store or have access to your password.

Clue.Labs requires specific permissions to analyse your social media performance.
You must select "Opt into All Accounts" during setup to ensure full functionality.
✔️ End-to-End Encryption
All data transfers between Clue.Labs and Meta are securely encrypted.
Why Do I Need to Grant Full Account Access?
During the setup process, you’ll be prompted to grant access to all accounts. This ensures:
✅ Clue.Labs can retrieve insights and engagement data from all linked accounts.
✅ You can select the correct account later without needing to reconnect.
✅ The platform works smoothly without data access restrictions.
If you only select a specific account during setup, the connection may not work properly, and you may need to reconnect and grant full access.
Can I Disconnect Clue.Labs?
Yes, you can revoke access at any time by:
1️⃣ Going to Meta Business Integrations (Facebook Settings)
2️⃣ Finding Clue.Labs in the list
3️⃣ Clicking Remove Access
