This means you’ll need to log in with your personal Facebook profile, which is the admin of your business page, and then connect your Instagram Business account when prompted.

📌 Step 1: Log In With Your Personal Facebook Profile

  • You must use the Facebook account that manages your business page.

  • If you log in with a Facebook profile that isn’t linked to the Business Page, Clue.Labs won’t be able to find your Instagram account.


📌 Step 2: Make Sure Your Facebook Business Page Is Set Up Correctly

1️⃣ Log in to Facebook Business Suite.
2️⃣ Select your Business Page.
3️⃣ Click SettingsPage Roles and ensure you’re listed as an Admin.
4️⃣ Click Linked AccountsConnect Instagram if it’s not already linked.
