If your Instagram Business account doesn’t appear when setting up Clue.Labs, the most common reason is that you’ve logged in with your personal Instagram account instead of your Business or Creator account.
How to Check If You’re Using the Right Instagram Account
Step 1: Confirm Your Instagram Account Type
1️⃣ Open Instagram and go to your profile.
2️⃣ Tap Settings and privacy.
3️⃣ Scroll down to Account type and tools.
4️⃣ Ensure your account is set to Business or Creator.
If your account is still set as Personal, you’ll need to switch to a Business or Creator account (see the first article above).
Step 2: Log Into the Correct Account in Clue.Labs
1️⃣ Go to the Clue.Labs login page.
2️⃣ When prompted to log into Instagram, make sure you use the correct Business or Creator account.
3️⃣ If you’ve accidentally logged in with your personal account:
Log out of Instagram in your browser.
Log back in using your Business account.
Reconnect Clue.Labs.
